Coaches sign in with Google. Each one sees only the clubs you give them (and can change those however they like), plus every public lesson. You see everything.

Coaches

A new coach with no clubs gets a practice “Test Class” with made-up students until you give them real ones.

Clubs

Tick the coaches who can use each club: both teachers of a team-taught class, or a sub for the week. Untick to take the club off their Zechmate. Tick “You” for the clubs you want in your own tabs; this page always lists every club.
